Late start today. Climbed up cube mountain and a local at the top told us a huge storm was coming and that we should probably look at bailing. We hiked down to the next road and booked bunks at Barn Door hostel but it was kind of a mess arranging a ride. Short day overall but the full packs again were brutal.
The hostel stay means we have to do Moosilauke and a bunch of other miles tomorrow which sucks, but it means we will be going into town the next day, so less food, and I can hopefully pick my new (and last) pair of shoes up.
